From Montreal to Los Angeles, JP is an avid filmmaker and director who has been actively involved in producing video content within the skate, snow and surf communities for over 10 years. His projects have helped make careers and continued to build international success for all those involved, year after year.
Award winning Cinematographer and photographer, Bryan has built his reputation working on everything from short to feature films, music videos and commercials but he never forgets where he got his roots; documenting skateboarders and snowboarders in the streets.
Between trips around the world Maya Nadon puts aside her backpack in Montreal to work as a freelancer assistant director. She’s been working in the medium of television over 8 years and proven her talent in this field. Present in the scene of snow , surf and skate from a young age, Frio (Sequence Films) is family for her and a project that she loves from the bottom of her heart.
Hailing from Encinitas, California, Matthew has been a Nicaragua local for the past few years and now runs a surf tour company by the name of Nica Time. His ongoing relationship with Kevin and Jackson will play a big part in helping the film come together as we approach production time.
Marc currently works as a sales rep for Vans, Xcel and FCS among others. His degree in Marketing provided him with a solid understanding of communications, sales and public relations. He’ll be responsible for the entire marketing campaign for the film, from our social media accounts to our branding and promotion.
Fei got her start working with a non-for-profit organization 5 years ago as a team leader where she was responsible for creating and overseeing budgets, and coordinating projects and sponsorship events. She then moved on to an international financial institution, where she works with government organizations and honed her skills in administration.
Growing up in the Montreal’s punk and hardcore scene Alex began shooting his friends bands at local venues. Working his way through the music scene Alex began getting small jobs and began working for Bucketlist online magazine shooting bands. His collegiate studies at Lasalle college majoring in Art & Design finishing his DEC and he continued his studies at Dawson’s Institute of Photography. Alex’s body of work concentrates on the characters of life and it’s different counter cultures.
